Get Ready for the Cambridge Lindyhopathon (Feb 2)

Now is the time to contribute to the Cambridge Lindyhopathon. You can come along to the event yourself, or sponsor a dancer at Justgiving. Also, listen out on Radio Q103 FM for a short interview with Ros, Lotte and Matt that will be played at various times on Friday. The Cambridge Lindyhopathon is a sponsored charity dance relay on February the 2nd and with your help, will raise lots of money for a very good cause. Live music will be provided by Mr Colin Hazel between 12pm and 1pm, and a social dance will take place alongside the sponsored dance from 7.30pm. Entry is £4 or £5, and you’re guaranteed a fantastic time with DJs Matt Riddle, Martin Ellis and Paul Claydon on board. We’ll also be running a Taxi Dance for the hottest dancers to the highest bidders, so all your Lindy wishes can come true!! The story so far… early last year Ros Evans decided to raise some money for her favourite charity, The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. As well as being incredibly fun, it was a massive success, and she ended up raising over £4,000. So, Ros decided it would be a good idea to do it all again — this time for 12 hours instead of 8. Get involved!
